We went to our local grease pit, Woody's, for some jukebox music and burgers before going to a hockey game tonight. The eyes of 5 hungry beasts skimmed over the menu and their appetites settled for the "Super Woody." By hungry beasts I mean Brady, Chris, Rian, Zach & Brady. The pictures don't do it justice but the Super Woody is a hamburger that contains 1.5 pounds of beef, so basically between the 5 of them they ordered 7.5 pounds of cow and surprisingly most of it was gone by the time they were finished. Luckily none of them walked out of there with a heart attack, just some wheezing and overly full bellies. Check out the before and afters if you have a stomach for it!

Giving Props to the Shark

We received this little animal for Christmas and it may be one of the best house gifts we've ever received. You may have seen this purple mop on the late night infomercials or in the stores, but let me tell you, it's worth it! It gets your floors so clean all while steaming and sanitizing them all at the same time. No chemicals, no soap, all you need is some water and plug and you are off to cleaning heaven. Cinderella should have asked her fairy god mother for one of these!

Celebrate The Season!
This last week has been such a blast, it's been filled with parties, loved ones and generous gift giving. We spent a lot of time with our family and there's no place else we'd rather be.

Isabelle was so fun to watch this Christmas. She knows that Santa says: "Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas" and Christmas trees have decorations to look at and presents under them that we do not open until the special day.
Overall, our family walked away with some good loot, wonderful memories and a hope that our new year will be full of adventure.

pArTy LiKe It'S 1999!
I can't believe it's been 10 years ago, to the day, that I received a phone call from Brady asking me to the Christmas Dance while we were in high school. That was our first date and we've been together ever since! I remember calling my best friend, Melissa, telling her that Brady had just asked me out. Brady picked me up then headed to Fridays then to the Christmas Dance, lastly ice skating with some friends.
Here's our dance picture, oh doesn't this bring back memories...
For those who have known us for this long, doesn't it make you feel so old - 10 years! It's crazy that so much time has gone by. Some have asked me, if you've been together so long don't you run out of things to talk about? We don't, there's always new and exciting things coming our way so everything is always an adventure with the one you love.
Tonight we decided to go back to Fridays for dinner but skipped the dancing and ice skating and opted for a movie instead.
Thanks for putting up with me for the last 10 years of our lives, and here's to another decade of more love, laughter and happiness!
