Ice Cream Party!

We hosted an ice cream party as a farewell to the classmates Isabelle had in Pre-K. There were only six girls in her class this year, the rest were all boys! So we invited the gals over for some ice cream to kick off the summer and to say goodbye!

Last Day of School

Pre-K sadly has come to a close. I'm so excited for the summer but I am going to miss the school, community and friends we have made at St. Vincent's. We cannot express our love for this school enough, it's going to be an adjustment for Kindergarten, that's for sure.

I was lucky enough to catch her teachers on our way out to get a few pictures with them. They were awesome and I'm so lucky Isabelle got to be apart of this amazing group!

Memorial Day Weekend

We took a quick trip down south for the holiday weekend with the Schaar's. We stayed in Mesquite and managed to make it down to Vegas one day. I never realized how much work road trips are with small children! Nevertheless, we had a great time and it was nice to get away. Sadly I only managed to take one picture - Mason's first time in a swimming pool.

New Do

We finally cut Mason's long hair - the side sweep shag wasn't doing him any favors...

Spring Recital

At AED the year end show was in May. Isabelle was called up on the stage at the beginning because she was among roughly 10 girls in the studio that had perfect attendance for the entire year. She was so excited to stand up there in front of the audience and to get a trophy that she constantly reminded me about all year long.

They did a ballet routine and they were raspberries as it was a Hansel and Gretel themed production.

Spring Program

Instead of doing a program at the end of the year Isabelle's Pre-K class does one to celebrate the spring and Mother & Father's Day.

They sang some great songs like, "You Are My Sunshine" and "This Little Light of Mine" to name a few. And her part in the program was, "Baby lambs often say, 'Ba ba ba is the very best way to say happy Mother's Day, Happy Father's Day."

I'm just realizing now that no pictures were taken, only a video and I doubt any one wants to watch it as it's almost 30 minutes long. Sorry but Isabelle did very well!
